     ·  un gandac in camera, un uscator de par care scotea fum si aproape am dat foc hotelului iar fierul de calcat pus la dispozitie, mai mult picura apa decat calca (asa ca am avut parte de spalare in loc de calcare) fiindca fusese trantit, spart si nu aveau altul (nu fusese inlocuit)

     ·  Micul dejun, personalul, parcarea din fata hotelului, marimea camerei, patul comod si curat.
     ·  Acest hotel nu este de 4 stele sub nicio forma. Totul este in stare precara si necesita reparatii sau renovare. Pe holuri se simte un miros neplacut, iar mocheta este uzata si rupta pe alocuri. Aerul conditionat pare o improvizatie, mai ales ca picura apa din tavan din cauza lui. De asemenea, abia se racea in camera chiar si cu aerul conditionat pornit (au fost constant 26 sau 27 de grade). Ar fi extrem de necesare niste perdele in camera, avand in vedere ca vizavi sunt apartamente si oricine iese pe balcon poate sa vada in camera. Uscatorul de par ar trebui inlocuit urgent, fiindca scotea fum cand l-am pornit. Ni s-a oferit unul nou de la receptie, insa e clar ca angajatii stiau despre problemele cu uscatorul si totusi nu au luat nicio masura sa-l repare sau inlocuiasca. Cada din baie pare foarte ieftina si facuta dintr-un plastic care ne dadea impresia ca o sa se rupa, iar perdeaua pentru dus era uzata si ingalbenita. Frigiderul mirosea foarte tare cand am ajuns.

     ·  Este exact asa cum trebuie sa fie un hotel de 4 stele.
     ·  Izolația fonica lasă puțin de dorit. În camerele dinspre strada se aud cam tare mașinile.

     ·  Pozitie buna, staff receptie/restaurant amabil
     ·  Nu este parcare privata cum afisati pe booking(ne-am simtit inselati pt asta), personal curatenie nepoliticos (au dat buzna peste noi in camera la ora 08:00 dimineata foloseau un aspirator cu un nivel prea ridicat de decibeli si peste aspirator doamna era in videoconferinta de in timpul careia a intrat peste noi in camera. Defectiuni majore la instalatia de apa… pe scurt, foarte dezamagit de prima si UNICA data cand v-am vizitat.
